Nathan is always singing something....

Sunday we went up to visit Grammie and Grandpa for the day. Nathan of course went straight to the tractor! He loves that thing!
Kids fell asleep on the way home and were transferred right to their beds. Andrew coughed alot last night and today. Both kids have a cold right now.

Great weather we've been having! We were outside almost all day yesterday. Ended up having dinner at the neighbour's house.

Bob has been busy all weekend with a hockey tournament...so I decided to put some of the neighbourhood kids to work!

Andrew loves his Lincoln Logs! Nathan is learning to keep his foot out of Andrew's creations.

Jacob's Baptism

Today was Jacob's Baptism. Mr. Costa and I are the proud Godparents!
Jacob was really good throughout the ceremony but near the end all the babies were getting a bit restless...I think some of the adults were too. Afterwards we went to Gary and Jackie's for a feast! The kids were in the basement playing most of the time until Selena came upstairs to kick our butts in bowling. We tried out Gary's Wii system and Selena has mastered the bowling game! It was too funny.

Bartender

Check out this bartender in Vegas. Apparently this bar has the best "flair" bartenders in the United States. Pricey drinks but great entertainment!

Vegas!

We arrived back home from Vegas on Thursday morning at 7:00 (4:00 Vegas time!). We had a great time! Stayed at the Mirage. It was my fourth time there (and Bob's third) and we still love it. Mom/Dad and Aunt Yoshimi and Uncle Ted came too. We went to see the new Cirque du Soleil show at the Mirage called "Love". It was all Beatles music....amazing! Also took in an Elvis impersonator show, which was also very good. Weather was great, food was great, gambling not so great. But I guess you can't lose too much when you only play the penny slots (or maybe you could...dad?). Gotta love those penny slots! I lost a whole $20/day on average.

A huge thank you to Grammie and Grandpa for taking such good care of the boys for us while we were away! The kids stuck to their schedule (daycare) and did really well. The first day back, Andrew called me "grammie" by mistake and Nathan called Bob "grandpa"!

Easter....

We're back from Vegas...will post pictures soon.

Here are pictures of the boys painting their easter eggs and doing an easter egg hunt before we left for our trip. We also popped in to see Uncle Kirk and Aunt Jackie's kitchen renovation...looks awesome!

We had a fun Easter. We painted eggs yesterday, then had egg salad sandwiches for lunch. Today the boys were busy looking for easter eggs around the house! The Easter bunny left a toy for each of them.

Grammie and Grandpa came down yesterday and they will stay until Thursday. Bob and I are off to Vegas in a couple of hours!
Andrew understands that we are going away for a few days. He's fine...as long as we bring him back something!

Janet's wedding!

Today was Janet and Mohamed's wedding. It was really nice and alot of fun! The restaurant was great...I loved how you sit in the "tents".

The belly dancers were great entertainment. Andrew just thought they were hilarious (tonight at dinner he says "those belly dancers were really funny!) and Nathan seemed to enjoy watching them and even did a little dance with one of the girls! After the dancing was over, Andrew and Nathan headed over to the bar where they did some pomegranate juice shots! It was fun day.
