Here are a couple pictures from a party we went to at our neighbour's house last week. Lots of kids were there, it was a very loud party.

I've worked late the past two days. Tonight Grandma and Papa were here watching the kids. Couple more days and RSP season is over!

Last night we had some friends over for dinner. We ordered in Greek food.

Today we spent alot of time outside...it was pretty cold this morning but the kids still insisted on going to the park. Nathan doesn't seem to feel the cold at all...I was freezing, but of course I don't dress very warm.

This afternoon Andrew went to his skating lesson. I went out onto the ice with him this time. He cried and cried and said he didn't want to skate! The owner of the skating program had her son stay with Andrew for the entire half hour. He was great, he kept talking to him, asking him questions, basically keeping his mind off the skating...and Andrew did really well! By the end of the lesson, Andrew was walking back and forth on the ice unassisted...and he said he wants to go back next week!

Not much news this week so far.
The drive into work today sucked! Took me an hour and a half (usually it's a 40 minute drive). Work is pretty busy now...I stayed a little late a couple times this week. Bob has been picking up the kids from daycare. Lately when we get to the daycare, Andrew will sometimes start crying. He says that we come to pick him up too early and that he doesn't want to go home!! It was funny at first but now it's just annoying. It took Bob almost half an hour to get them to leave the daycare the other night! The pick up is hard...you get the coat and boots on one of them, and the other one takes off.

Tomorrow we're having friends over for dinner.

Hopefully Andrew will go to his skating lesson on Saturday. The owner of the skating school told us not to give up on him.

Lots of fun today at Julia's party! Even Linda, dad and myself got a birthday cake! Aunt Sheryl is becoming quite the cook, the food was great. It was nice to see everyone. (Whew, glad the Playdoh came out of the carpet!)

Weekend...

I went into work for about 6 hours on Saturday. RSP season is kicking into full gear now. After work I hung out with mom and dad for a bit (all my friends were busy!) Had a nice dinner there, then mom and I went over to the mall.

Bob took the kids up to grammie and grandpa's house for the day and night! Sounds like they had a great time. There's alot more snow up there than there is down here.

Today we just hung out and found things to do at home. Brought out the Lite Brite which Andrew seems to love!

Today we had about 20 people over to watch the Superbowl....and to play poker. The guys started coming over around 2:30 this afternoon. A few kids came over as well so Andrew and Nathan had alot of fun. The game is still on. I'm getting ready to go to bed...no interest in the game.

Busy weekend...back to work tomorrow!

Andrew skipped his skating lesson this afternoon. He says he "never ever wants to go skating again". We're not going to push him....maybe he's just not ready this year.
